The SE3000 2KG KIT is a 2-component liquid addition-cure Silicone System cures at ambient or elevated temperature to a moderately hard thermally conductive silicone rubber with a very low viscosity, a low volatile content and provides excellent environmental protection. It is recommended for the encapsulation of highly populated electronic assemblies requiring high flow between the components. It is completely neutral and will not cause corrosion of electrodes and other metal parts.
