ADUM1281WARZ is a dual channel digital isolator based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCouplerĀ® technology. Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic air core transformer technology, this isolation component provides outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives, such as optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers. It is approved by UL recognition: 3000V rms for 1 minute per UL 1577, CSA Component Acceptance Notice 5A, VDE certificate of conformity, DIN V VDE V 0884-10 (VDE V 0884-10): 2006-12, VIORM = 560V peak. It is used in applications such as general-purpose multichannel isolation, data converter isolation, industrial field bus isolation, hybrid electric vehicles, battery monitor, and motor drive.

  • Number of inputs, VDD2 side is 1
  • 1Mbps maximum data rate
  • 50ns maximum propagation delay at 5V
  • High output default state
  • Low dynamic power consumption, bidirectional communication
