The CN0966B24G61S6Y040 from Cinch is CN0966 series, MIL-DTL-26500 series equivalent straight plug with 61 contacts. The CN0966 series self locking plug connectors are qualified to Boeing specifications to satisfy general purpose requirements and unique product challenges for shielding, environmental sealing, fluid resistance and vibration. These high reliability connectors have composite shells which are best for weight sensitive applications. The CN0966 series connectors have well proven electrical capability to withstand extreme shock, exposure and vibration.
- Threaded coupling design
- Optional ground spring, non rotating accessory teeth & advanced fluid resistance elastometers
- Firewall conformance and styles qualified to Boeing BACC63BP series
- Front release crimp contacts
- Operating temperature range from -55ĆĀ°C to +200ĆĀ°C
- Glass filled epoxy insulator, silicone based elastomer grommet & seals
- Insulation resistance is 5000Mohm
- 200 mating cycles and salt spray of 96hour
- Aluminium alloy body material with olive drab chromate over cadmium plating
- Copper alloy crimp socket contacts with gold plating
