The COAST HZ025 Intrinsically Safe LED Headlamp delivers hands-free light you can use even in hazardous workplaces. Rated intrinsically safe and approved for Class 1, Division 1 environments, the light offers high and low brightness levels in spot, flood, and spot + flood modes, with a peak output of 230 lumens. There's also a red-light setting that can protect your night-acclimated vision better than bright white light. Runtime ranges from 6.3 to 22 hours, depending on mode selected, with a fresh set of three AA batteries. The lamp tilts for precise beam placement and comes with a fabric strap for wearing on your head and a silicone strap for wearing on your hardhat. It carries an IPX4 water-resistance rating, so a little splashing won't affect its performance.
