ikan's Power Kit with Single Rod Clamp for BMPCC provides a way to power your Blackmagic Pocket Cinema camera using an available camcorder type battery. This item is well suited for use by operators who already own Panasonic D54 type batteries and wish to use them to power their Blackmagic Pocket Camera.
The unit slides onto and clamps to a single 15mm rod, and it comes pre-built and ready to go out of the box, just insert your battery and connect the unit to your camera via the coiled cable that provides about three feet of extension.
- The included clamp securely attaches to a single 15mm support rod. This allows you to position the battery in a wider variety of positions and orientations than if it was a larger dual rod clamp unit.
- The coiled cable extends to three feet in length when needed, and then collapses when less length is needed, this helps keeps extra length of cable from getting in your way.
