LulzBot KT-CP0175 Overview
Expand the utility of your 3D printer with the M175 Single Extruder Tool Head from LulzBot. The M175 sports a 0.5mm nozzle to be used with 1.75mm diameter filament, giving you a print layer resolution between 0.05-0.5mm, making this an ideal device for users who already own a LulzBot Mini 2, TAZ Pro, or TAZ Workhorse 3D printer. You can print with a wide variety of materials such as nylon, PLA, and carbon fiber, giving you many options when bringing your designs to life. The hot end temperature range can be adjusted between 248 and 554Ā°F for optimal filament compatibility.
The tool head is designed with a quick-release lever, making material changes easier to manage. A thumbscrew tensioner allows you to fine-tune the pressure exerted by the drive gears onto the filament, providing uninterrupted material flow without fear of grinding or slipping. The onboard fan duct mounts use airflow analysis to ensure even 360Ā° part cooling for better printing quality.
