- Bluetooth® 5.2 compliant and Zigbee 3.0 Radio, IEEE 802.15.4 and Thread
- Module certified to FCC, ISED, CE, UKCA, MIC, KCC, NCC and SRRC radio regulations
- Integrated 16MHz POSC clock management
- All features of SoC are accessible
- SMD package with Shield CAN and size is 15.5mm x 26.8mm x 2.8mm
- Operating conditions: 1.9V to 3.6V, -40°C to +85°C, 64MHz
- Support a rich set of standard MCU peripherals, such as: ADC, SPI, I2C, QSPI, USART, SWD
- Up to 22 PWM O/P with single/dual slope, variable duty cycle, synchronous pattern and other features
