Neewer continues to expand its shoe-mounted flash lineup with the Z2-N TTL Round Head Flash Speedlite for Nikon Diffuser Kit. Offering the same powerful 76Ws output of its predecessor, as well as 600 full-power flashes and a fast recycle time of 1.5 sec, this second generation of the flash provides not only one, but two built-in LED modeling lights. They can help you previsualize where the light is falling on your subject by observing highlights and shadows. If you need to quickly switch from TTL to manual flash mode, the Z2-N's TCM conversion function is the key. This capability helps you find the proper exposure value without the need of a separate meter. Finally, an upgraded rear panel illuminates your flash settings. Start lighting your photoshoots with this easy-to-use flash with enhanced features and build quality. This version includes a magnetic dome diffuser that softens the light.
Uniform Light Quality
Compatible with Nikon cameras with i-TTL automatic functionality, the Z2-N features a round head that provides a soft, smooth light with gradual falloff that will easily illuminate your scene. The Z2-N has a zoom range from 28 to 105mm along with the ability to rotate 330° and tilt -7 to 120°.
Multiple Flash Modes
The Z2-N packs multiple modes of operation, including manual mode for customizing your exposure. Users will also appreciate a variety of automated flash settings, such as stroboscopic flash, 1st and 2nd curtain sync, as well as the ability to use 1/8000 sec high-speed sync.
Fast Recycling & Battery Power
With recycle times of up to 1.5 sec, the unit is powered by an included 3000mAh rechargeable battery that ensures long-lasting shoots. The Z2-N will give you up to 600 full-power flashes with a flash duration between 1/180 and 1/20,000 sec for freezing fast action. The included battery can be fully charged in 3.5 hours using an optional charger.
Dual LED Modeling Lamps
Two 2W LED modeling lamps can be individually controlled by 10 adjustable brightness levels. These integrated 3300K lamps are continuous light sources that are useful to see how the flash's light will fall on your subject, which improves your composition.
2.4 GHz Wireless Q-System
The Z2-N has a built-in 2.4 GHz receiver, which accepts wireless signals from the separately available QPRO-N TTL transmitter. It can be used as a Master/Slave flash to control other flashes with a transmission range of up to 328' with no obstacles. Choose between 32 channels and set up four groups to avoid interference with other shooters or to fire each flash separately for complex setups.
Triggering Methods
Beyond hot shoe and wireless triggering, the Z2-N comes with a 2.5mm sync port for a wired connection.
