The enterprise-class network device integrates a cloud gateway, 8-port Gigabit router, and NVR into a single 1 RU device. Powered by a 2 GHz ARM Cortex-A57 Quad-Core processor, 8GB of DDR4 memory, and 32GB of onboard eMMC flash storage, the Dream Machine Pro Max doubles the Unifi device and client compacity compared to the Dream Machine Pro/SE.
Supporting both 2.5G RJ45 and 10G SFP+ WAN connections, the cloud gateway provides full stateful firewall and VPN protection with up to 5 Gb/s IPS throughput. A 10G SFP+ LAN port is also available for compatible devices. A built-in 128GB SSD allows you to save NVR recordings, and you can expand the storage by installing up to two separately purchased 2.5 or 3.5" drives. A 1.3" touchscreen displays the device's status for easy monitoring and troubleshooting. The full UniFi application suite is included for device management.

This IronWolf hard drive also has an MTBF rating of 1 million hours, 600,000 load/unload cycles, 1 in 1015 non-recoverable read errors per bits read, and a workload rate of up to 180TB per year.
