Yorkville Sound EXMMOBILE8 Overview
Audio engineers in search of a truly portable and professional PA speaker will be impressed with the Yorkville EXM-Mobile-8, a compact, battery-powered 3-way loudspeaker with Bluetooth well suited for driveway gigs, backyard parties, or wedding events. The 200W program amplifier delivers 100W to the 8" woofer, 50W to the 5" midrange driver, and 50W to the high-frequency driver, which combine for a frequency response of 60 Hz to 20 kHz and a max SPL of 123 dB. The mid-high section is offered in a coaxial format, which provides maximum bass and ultra-intelligibility.
The rear panel offers three combo XLR-1/4" inputs with channels 1&2 sporting mic and instrument compatibility, while channel 3 offers mic/line inputs. A 3.5mm aux input is available for channel 3. A pair of Link XLR I/O connectors are available for connecting additional speakers. The built-in Bluetooth module syncs to your favorite compatible device and wirelessly streams audio to the EXM-Mobile-8. Two speakers can be linked via Bluetooth for wireless stereo operation. At only 17 lb, the EXM-Mobile-8 can be carried in one hand.
